Rich architectural heritage earned Buena Park a place on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984. From the magnificent George Maher mansions on Hutchinson Street to the former speakeasies of Broadway, Buena Park’s rich history underpins our vibrant community. In 2016, Chicago Magazine listed Buena Park as one of the best places to live in Chicago.
And there’s always something to do from summertime concerts and movies, general meetings with local community leaders, neighborhood cleanups, architecture tours, and more. With Wrigley Field in our backyard, we organize an annual outing to a Cubs home game. There is more interest than available tickets, so we make every effort to ensure that getting one is as fair and equitable as possible.
